Goldsbrough and 00. held their usual weekly sale this afternoon. 3600 bales were offered, the sales for the week being 3000 bales. Greasy wool sold up to 10d, scoured Is s£d, and washed Is 2d. There was a strong demand and excellent competition, especially for light crossbreds. For good merinos and coarse scoured the price has advanced from a halfpenny to a penny since last telegram.
