CLAIM FOR THE LOSS OF A TOOTH.
[BY TELEGRAPH.—PRESS ASSOCIATION.] Dunbbih, Wednesday. at the Supreme Court to-day, in the case of John Kelao v. Peters and Mcßriarty, claim for £2000 damages, the statement of claim set forth that the plaintiff employed the defendants Peters (a chemist, and a, medical practitioner), to extract from him * decayed tooth that; the defendant! so negligently and unskilfully went to work that they extracted a sound tooth and broke the plaintiff's jaw, whereby he had suffered, and will suffer, great pain, and incurred medical and other expenses, was unable to work for a long time to his serious loss and damage. The jury returned a verdict for the plaintiff for £55.
