The Grand Sobranje has been summoned to meet on the 27th inst. Constantinople, October 18. M. Paul Gadban, the Turkish ConsulGeneral in London, is proceeding to Sofia, charged with a mission, for bringing about a reconciliation b«itween the Russian and Bulgarian Governments.
