It is stated on what is believed to be official authority that the Ruseiaa Government have no intention of occupying Bulgaria, unless something unforeseen should compel them to do so. Sofia, October 18. The Bulgarian Government has instructed Gueshoff to proceed to Stamboul, in order to ascertain the views of the Turkish Government in regard to the selection of the future Prince of Bulgaria. The Grand Sobranje has been summoned to meet on the 27th inst. Constantinople, October 18. M. Paul Gadban, the Turkish ConsulGeneral in London, is proceeding to Sofia, charged with a mission, for bringing about a reconciliation b«itween the Russian and Bulgarian Governments.
