The usual announcement of services to be held In the various city and suburban churches to morrow will be found in our advertising columns. ■ At St. Paul's, to-morrow, there will be holy communion at el?ht a.m., and also a choral celebration at midday. The morning sermon will be preached on behalf of the Melanesian Mission. The subject of the evening discourse is, " Work and Labour until the Evening." The incumbent of St. Matthew's is announcad te preach a Septu&gesima course of sermons on " Human Life." It will be considered in 'three aspects, "Work," "Play," "Rest." The discourses will •be delivered at the seven o'clock services on Sunday evenings. . ' The Rev. R. J. Williams will preach on "Inspiration of the Bible" and "The Good Shepherd." at Odd* fellows' Hall, Farnell. ....... The Rev. R. Bavin will preach, at the new church, Grafton Road, on Sunday morning next, the first of a short series of special sermons on " The Message of Christ to the Seven Churches," Strangers and visitors are invited. At St Luke's Presbyterian Church, Remuera, the Rev. W. West, of Sonthbridge, Canterbury, will preach in the morning, and the Rev. J. Westbrooko, of Greymnuth, in evening. The services at St. Peter's Presbyterian Church, Surrey Hills, will be conducted in the morning by the Rev. H. M. Murray, of Fielding, and the Rev. J, *>. Hill, of Lyttelton, in the evening. • The Pitt and Edwin streets Sunday*3cbool an Bleary services will take place to-morrow at eleven a.m. and three p.m. The preachers will be the Rev. W. J. L. Closs and Rev. K, Bavin, respectively, while a special service will be held at Alexandra-street■ at . a quarter to seven 1 p.m., whon the sermon will be given bp the Rev. A, J.
