REVOLUTION IN SERVIA.
[reuter's telegram.] 4 London, February 19. During, the recent reverses of King Milan a revolution was imminent in Servia in favour of Prince Peter Karageorgeovitsch, and the latter now proclaims the expulsion of King Milan.
