MR. GLADSTONE AT O3BORNE. LORD GRANVILLE SENT FOR BY THE QUEEN. THE COMING MINISTRY. [UEUTEIt'S TELKCRAMS.j London, February 1. Mr. Gladstone has had an audience of Her Majesty the Queen at Oβborne, and has accepted the task of forming a Ministry. The House of Commons stands further adjourned until Thursday next. London, February 2. Earl Granville has been summoned to Osborne by Her Majesty the Queen. The Daily News this morning announces the following as the personnel of the new Ministry :—Mr. Gladstone, Premier and Chancellor of the Exchequer; Sir W. Vernon Harcourt, Home Secretary; Hon. Sir John Farrer Herschell, Lord High Chancellor; Viscount Hampden, Lord of the Privy Seal; Mr. Childers, Secretary of War ; Mr. 0. Chamberlain, First Lord of the Admiralty ; Mr. Mundella, President of the Board of Trade; and Mr. John Morley, Chief Secretary for Ireland. It is added that it is probable Earl Spencer will be appointed Viceroy of India, and Lord Kimberley will go to the Foreign Office. Lord Rosebery will take the Colonial Secretaryship, and Lord Granville will be made Lord President of the Council.
