Christchdrou, Tuesday. There is a conflict of opinion here as to whether tho codlin moth exists in Canterbury or not, and the fruit-growera are going to have a meeting to-morrow night to see if they can jsettlo tbe question.
Wellington, Tuesday. Thirty-eight cases of apples ex W.-jihora and a number by the TeKapo have seized here, being affected with codlin moth.
