A cricket match between teams representing Yorkshire and Nottingham resulted in an easy victory for Yorkshire. PROPOSED COLONIAL EMIGRATION BUREAU. London, July 17. Colonel Stanley, Secretary for the Colonies, favours the establishment of an emigration bureau for affording information regarding the colonies to intending emigrants. Colonel Stanley will consult with the Agents-General on the subject shortly.
