ACCIDENT AT ROTORUA.
[BY TELEGRAPH. — OWN COEEESPONDENT.] Rotobua,' Wednesday. . An accident of a painful nature occurred here to-day, to one of. our local youths named John Turner, in the. employ of Mr. R. Graham. It appears ~th at while putting up a wire-fence at Te Kontu, the file he was using was. forced out of his hand'by the recoil, and struok his ey<>, inflicting a severe wound, - and cutting through the pupil. . Dr. Ginders is attending the sufferer, but it is feared the sight of one eye at least will be permanently lost. - ; 1
