John Henry Riohard Bond, compensation for alleged injuries ; Edwin Latimer Clark v, Rice Owen Clark, sen., and another, payment for labour done; Robert Hudson v. James Given, senior, and others, for damages, &c. ; Michael Gallagher v. Hugh Campbell amd others, for decree aa to title; Brown, Barrett and Co. v. Ingram and Fox, for money paid and for breach of agreement; John Smyth v. James Hamilton, for damages; Mary Ann Agnes Lundon v. Cecilia Honora JUindon, District Court judgment; same parties, counter claim ; Edwin Latimer Clark v. Rice Owen Clark, senr., for amount of account; Mayor, Councillors, and Citizens of Auckland v. William Blewden, for loss through breach of contract; same parties, counter claim.
