The half-yearly sitting of the-Court of Appeal, which was to have commenced on Monday, has been, postponed for a week, and will not start until the 10th prox. The following are the cases set down for hearing :— Watt v. McDowell (Christchurch), Ward v. National Bank (Donedin), Retina v.. Flynn (Dnnedin), Klingenstein v. Walters (Christchurah), Gudsell v. Scott (Christchurch}, Wright v. the Christchurch Drainage Board (Christchuren>, Dawson v. the New Zealand Government (Dunedin), New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Company v.
