FATAL ACCIDENT AT WELLINGTON.
[BY XKLIGBAFH.—FRKS3 ASSOCIATION.] Wjsllington, Sunday. A fatal accident occarred yesterday in Taranaki-street to a middle-aged man named John Rudman, who was driving one of the Corporation drays, and sitting on the shaft. The horse was going at a walk at the time when ho fell or was jerked off, and fell on his head. He was picked up, and Dr. Butchiion sent for, almost immediately. On the doctor's arrival, and within ten minates of the accident taking place, Badman expired. Death is supposed to have resulted from injary to the brain.
