THE WHEAT CROP IN WAIKATO.

[from ode own correspondent.] Hamilton, Thursday. From all parts of the district come '.'lowing accounts of the excellence of the wheat crop. The Messrs. Graham, of Tamahere, have a large breadth of wheat, some 120 acres, ripening in the paddocks fronting the Cambridge and Hamilton road, which is estimated to yield over 40 bushels to the acre. In Pukerimu the crops are also excellent. Messrs. E. B. Walker and Tucker have as fine fields of wheat as ever were seen in the district.
