ONEHUNGA R.M. COURT.

Wednesday, April 20. [Before It. C. Barstow, Esq., R.M.] Street Disturbances.—R. Mclvor, T. Lloyd, J. McGratli, G. McQuay, four young men, were charged with making a disturbance in the street; the three first-named pleaded guilty. They had been drinking at an hotel, and then for a long time were lighting outside. It was on Sunday afternoon, and lasted over an hour. The three first-named were fined each 40s and 14s costs, or three weeks' hard labour. The charge against McQuay was withdrawn, as it appeared he was only accidentally present, living close by, and was endeavouring to prevent the fighting.
