FLOODS IN ENGLAND.
Londox, December 2i.—There are partial floods throughout the north of England. The Irwell has overflowed its banks in the district of Manchester, covering 120 acres. The basements of 400 dwellings are flooded. One large unoccupied building was undermined, and has fallen into the river.
