The attendance -was limited, but several good lines were sold at satisfactory prices. He also sold some twenty packages of ladies boots and shoes, and leather. There was a fair attendance of the trade. All the leather was disposed of, and, with a few trifling exceptions, the boats and shoes. Messrs. B. Tonks and Co. sold the following properties in the estate of Mr. R. Harris :—The shop, with dwelling-house attached, stubles. coach-house, &c, in East Hamilton, £825. 5 allotments fronting maiii road, Hamilton to Cambridge, each 33 by i2o—lots 1 and 2, £115 10s; lot 3, £82 10s ; lots 5 and 6, £59 8s each. Lot 194,. Kirikiriroa, adjoining Waikato Land Association property, and cultivated farms, £115 ; lot 112 Komokorau, adjoining suburban lots, Ngaruawahia. £17.10s; lot 33, Hamilton West, 1 acre, £30. Also, freehold dwellinghouse, with good stables and out-buildings, fine well of water, about 1 acre of land, with river frontage, situated at the Whau bridge, close to the railway station, £175. The same firmV sale of American organs was well atteuded, and all the shipment was disposed of.
