RE LEVY AND GOLD WATER'S ESTATE.

TO THE EDITOR. Sir, —To my great surprise k I find in the report of the meeting of creditors in the above estate that the firm of Lewis Brothers aie set down as liable to the above estate for the sum of £1250, and a-contingent liability of £5300. The above statement is totally incorrect. "When the proper time arrives I shall be prepared to show that the liabilities of Lewis Brothers are yery small indeed to the firm of Levy and Goldwater —if, on balance being struck, the £aid firm is not indebted to my firm. —I am, &c., H. Lewis.
