CITY HALL.
A very great .novelty was produced las}: evening in addition to the ordinary featured of the entertainment. This was an exhibition entitled "Natator"; or, "The Manfish," in -which a gentleman enclosed in a huge aquarium eats, smokes, and drinks under "water. Of course the wonder is how this is done. It is one of those mysterious tricks "which eludes the most intense as well aB the keenest "watchfulness.
