I shall be quita 3 safe in saying that F. H. Troup has made a t mistake. Yea, and much more than a mistake. Mr. Gladstone's own words will bo the test, and, I think, the only test by which a correct judgment can be formed o£ 3 the truth or otherwise of Mr. Troup's imputations, and I hope that Mr. Troup will now produce what in justice to himself ia required, failing which something else ought to be done.—l am, &c., ' Constant Reader. i
