WAirKTJ.—Yesferduy (Monday) at 10 a.m. fire out of the six men qualified as district representatives, assembled at the butts, to fire for colonial representatives. In the morning the wealher was wet and boisterous, but about 10 o'clock the rain censed, the wind still being gusty. Major Lual;, the officer commanding (lie district, was in command, and kept the scoi - e. Sergeant-Major Mowbray and Volunteer S King marked at the butts.
