RESIDENT lIAGISTRAUB'S COURT. Wednesday. (Before C. Mellsop, Esq., R.M., and C. H Otway, Esq., J.P.) Assault. —"William Eelly, of Onehunga, tvas charged with assaulting Eliza Kelly, a widow, Ilia mother. On prisoner being brought up in custody prosecutor declined to proceed with the charge, and the prisoner was discharged. Bkeacit of tub Peace.—Elizabeth Collin, of Otahuhu, was charged, on information, witli using übusive language to Helon Bolton, and putting her in bodily fear.—Complainant proved her case, and defendant was bound over in one surety of £10.
