We understand that Mi\ Audley Coote, tho Railway Contractor, has been inspecting the proposed lines of railways, and after an interview with the Defence Minister, lias proceeded to Wellington to confer with Hon. Mr. Qisborne, as to certain proposals relative to the carrying out of the railway works.
