AUCKLAND GOLD MINING COMPANY.
A meeting of the Auckland Directors in this Company was held at tile office of Hugh H. Lusk, Esq., Solicitor, Shortland-street, yesterday afternoon. James Smart, Esq., in the chair. A fter some formal business was disposed of, Mr. John Eing was elected a Director in the place of Mr. Walker, resigned. We understand that a general meeting of the Directors will be hold during the coming week.
