RESIDENT MAGISTRATES' COURT. "Wednesday. [Before J. J. Symonds, Esq., R.M.] Civit, Cases.—Hodgson v. Hill.—Claim for £7. This case was adjourned from Inst Court day, and was an action to recover tho amount claimed for a quantity of hay said to have been Bold and delivered by plaintiff. The Court was of opinion that there was some doubt aB to the quantity taken, and gave jndgment'for £5 with costs. Informations have been laid by the police against persons for having dogs at large without tickots for the ourrent year affixed, and also against some boy a for throwing stones in the streets.
