TENDERS will bo received at the Transport until Noon of the day following the arrival at Auckland of the Sydney mail steamer, due ■ 22nd instant,for (he CONVEYANCE to ENGLAND of H.M. GSth and 43rd REGIMENTS. The ships with the former to sail in February, and ■with tho latter in March next. Tho estimated numbers Trill bo as follows, moro or less:— 6Sth Regiment. '13rd Regiment. 35 Officers I 32 Officers 700 Men 530 Men 50 Women 50 Womon 75 Children I 75 Children Tho ships must oilher be classed in Lloyd's Begister A. red ; or not less than three-thirds Liber Veritas. Forms of Tender may be obtained nt this office. Tho rate for each officer, or other first or secondclass passenger, is to bo stated, including mess, wine, beer, &c., bedding, and every table and cabin accommodation ; also the rate per man, per -woman, and per child, including victualling, and all requisites excepting bedding. All the columns and particulars required in the Tender must be properly filled in, tho date when the ship will be ready for survey, to receive passengers and to proceed to sea. The ship to be fitted in accordance 'with specifications and instructions to be seen at this office. The ships to be sailed in conformity with Admiralty Regulations, a copy of which, with the scale of victualling, quality of provisions, and every information regarding the fitting of the ship, -will be furnished on application.
