Adelaide town brands of tlour have been sold in trade parcels at £-22; and Chilian meets with fair notice at .£l9 10s to .C2O. Of South Australian wheat, pur chases are made at 10s short terms; but to a moderate extent only. Oats continue to advance, being now Kcncally asked"; although 4s l(Hd has been accepted for a small lot, no sellers of quantities can be met with at this figure. Advices from I.aunces-on to *J9th duly, state that on receipt of a telegram from 1 lobnrt Town, advising the rejection of the Appropriatinn-euni-Tarilf Hill, the pricc of out* immediately advanced to -Is, and an oiler of as TOd was refused I'or 10,000 bushels.
ADELAIDE. (Trom the " Register," July '21.) Flour and wheat are quite unsaleable, and it is almost impossible to give quotations nf any value. Sellers of Hour are asking about .ClO IDs to .C'Jo pi-r ton ; nnd wheat is offering at Ss lOd to fs per bushel. Town buyers arc .giving Ss ud. In general merchandise a moderate amount of business has been transacted to-day, and several parcels of merchandise have changed hands, Some inquiries have been made ior plantation coffee, and we believe several sales hare taken place at an advance on former rates.
