THE TOLLS AND FEES LEVIABLE AT THE TWO GATES, AT NEWMARKET. CONDITIONS. The Lessee of the Tolls leviable at the Gates fSi'Wmarket), must pay the rent for each month, within seven days after the commencement of the following month. He must engage to deliver up the Toll-hollos, Toll-gates, and Barriers, in good repair s t termination of lease; and he must provide two spproved securities, who will jointly become bound for the fulfilment of these conditions, in a penalty of tbe amount of two months' rent. THE FEES LEVIABLE AT THE SLAUGHTER HOUSE, NEWMARKET. CONDITIONS. The Lessee of the Newmarket Slaughter-house, and Fees leviable thereat, nmst conform to the Maushu'r-house Rules and Regulations, as published in the J'roriiieial Gcrrrrnmetit Gazette of 20th >"ov<mfcer, 1563, and November, 1564. He must pay the rent for each month within seven days after the commencement of the following month, and he must provide two approved sureties, who will jointly become bound for the fulfilment of these conditions, in a penalty to the amount of two months' rent. Hale of charges : —2s. 6d. per head for great cattle, mid 6d. per head for all other. THE FEES LEVIABLE FOR THE SUPPLY OF WATER FROM THE WATERING PLACE AT WYNYARD PIER. CONDITIONS. Ihe Lessee of the Government Water Tank will be required to supply water to the shipping, and others, at the usual watering place, Wynyard Pier, wlitE called upon ; and will be entitled to charge, therefor. Is. 7tr ton —Is. being the lowest sum payable, even when only a portion of a ton is taken, except in the case ot water supplied to the Royal >'ury, Tvhi'h the Lessee is required to deliver at a charge of 6d. a ton. The Lessee will be required to maintain a hose of the u.-ual size and length in an efficient state of repair, lor the- delivery of water without leakage. He must pay the vr;nt for each month within seven days hfter the commencement of the following month; and he must provide two approved sureties, who will jointly become bound for the fulfilment of these conditions ia a penalty to the amount of two months' rent. THE TOLLS LEVIABLE AT THE QUEENSTEEET WHARF AND WEIGHBRIDGE. CONDITIONS. The Lessee of the Tolls leviable on the Queenstreet Wharf must pay the lent ior each month within seven da) s after the commencement of the following month. He must provide two approved sureties, who will jointly become bound for the fulfilment of that condition in a penalty to the amount of two months' rent. He will also have the Weighbridge lees, and likewise must covenant to deliver up the V> eighbridge and House in like good order and condition. THE CRANE DUES OF THE THREE CRANES ON THE QUEEN-STREET WHARF. CONDITIONS. The Lessee of the Crane Dues will have the three Government Cranes upon the Queen-street Wharf handed over to liim on Ist January, by the Wharfinger. in an efficient state of repair. The Lessee must engage to maintain the cranes in the like good state of repair and working order during the whole tmj of his lease of the dues, and to deliver them e\cr to the Wharfinger in an efficient state of repair at the termination of his Lease. The Lessee must provide two approved sureties, who will jointly become bound for the fulfilment of these conditions, in a penalty to the amount of two months' rent. The Lessee must pay the rent for each month within seven days after the commencement of the following month. On the fall of the hammer, a deposit in cash, will be required from the purchaser, equal to two months' rent, which sum will be returned to the Lessuc, or Lessees, on the contract or bond being duly executed to the satisfaction of the Provincial Law Officer.
