ARRIVAL OF THE EAGLE SPEED.
This iine ship arrived in harbour yesterday morning, after a passage of 125 days from London. She h;i3 brought a total of 191 passengers, being the second portion of the Church of England Settlement, Society. Amongst her passengers are also Assistant Commissary-General Ibbetson and family, and the Rev. 2>lr. Sagwell, lncmnbent of Napier, and family. The following is a summary of the trades or calliugs of those on board:—lS fanners, 1 surveyor, 2 engineers, 1 chemist, 1 jeweller, 1 brewer, 1 miller, 1 cabinct maker, 2 clerks, 2 ploughmen, 7 carpenters, 1 wheelwright, 8 labourers, 1 currier, 2 builders, 1 provision' dealer, 1 veterinary suigeon, 1 leather dresser, 1 malster, !3 butchers, 1 lithographer, 1 mariner, 16 miners, 1 bricklayer, 1 blacksmith, 1 joiner, 5 farm labourers, 1 female servant, 1 grocer, 1 mould maker, 1 go vera ess, and 1 surgeon.
