Messrs. -Tones and Co. hold a. very important sale of houses and city and suburban allotments at the Brunswick Buildings, at twelve o'clock to-morrow. These properties comprise two well built scoria houses in W r elliDgton-street, and the allotments on which they stand ; a five-roomed verandah cottage, and nearly a quarter of an ncre of land in Brookeville, commanding a magnificent and uninterrupted view of the harbour and west side of the city. There are also various allotments on the Ponsonby road, in Franklin-street, Brook vi lie, Alma-pluee, Spring Bank, Zvorfolk-street, liichinond, Coolahan's paddock, Mount St. Mary's, &c., and a small farm of 15 acres at the "VVhau.
