TUESDAY, MAY 17. I.AHCENY. Mary Steciison was charged with stealing an unibreiia. value 7s. tkl. from Hubert Brown, oil tlie -Ith instant. .Messrs. \Vvim and Russell appeared for the prosecutor. She was found guilty, and sentenced to one months imprisonment with hard labour. .Marsjarct liamilton was charged with stealing five ducks of the value of lis. lid. from Catherine Elanagan. Tlie prisoner being quite a child, and the evidence not being suilicieut to < oi.vii t. she was discharged. 1 i lit" NKA KiiS. (leorge Lisle.
