Have been instructed by the Executors of tbc late Mr. Joseph Robinson, to put up to public auction, at their Stores, Fore-street, on THURSDAY, 20th February, instant, at the hour of 12 a. m., and finally to then adjudicate to the highest bidder, ALL and sundry that Freehold Allotment in the City of Auckland, Lot 15 in Lower Barrackstreet, having a length of 125 links and a breadth of 50, together with all the buildings and improvements thereon.
