Kitchen (with Brick Oven), Servants’ Room, Pantry, Store, and Servants’ Bed Room. A Four-stalled Stable (weather-boards planed and painted.)

Mr. Hansard feels it to be quite unnecessary to parade the excellencies of the situation, and the availabilities of this splendid property. As to the property itself, he will feel happy to accompany any contemplating purchaser, who may not be acquainted with it, to view it; those who already know the property could not be further assured by anything he could add in an advertisement. As to the situation, all can judge alike of the present advantages of it, and the early prospect of those advantages being increased tenfold by the completion of the Pier, the constant and regular traffic of the Steamer, and the completion of some Bridge (pile, pontoon, or suspension) across the Tamaki.
