Has a large garden stocked with fruit trees, ornamental shrubs and flowers, and a grass paddock immediately adjoining, containing about an acre, a well with a never failing supply of water, a coach house and stable, fowl house, &c., &c. NEWMAN AND BUCKLAND Have received instructions to sell by Auction, (Without Reserve,) the entire cargo of Horses, Sheep and Cattle, ex William Browse , from Newcastle. r PHE HORSES and SHEEP will be sold at the Greyhound Yard, on Saturday, the 23rd instant, at 13 o'clock. They comprise the Entire Horse Turpin, 6 years old, of the Clydesdale breed and quiet in harness. Ten Horses broken to saddle or harness. One mouse-coloured Pony, very small and quite domesticated. The remaining 30 Horses, Marcs and Fillies unbroken. The above are mostly of the famous Dumavesque breed, and being sold Without Reserve, intending purchasers cannot hope for a better opportunity to increase their studs. The present low prices will stop future shipments. Prior to the Horse Sale, will be sold in lots, 500 Sheep, mostly Ewes, large frame, and in fine condition, purchased with a guarantee of being perfectly clear. Also, 15 live Parrots.
