WE, the Undersigned give notice to the Public, that the Partnership hitherto carried on under the name of M'Dermot and Grjgg, as General Blacksmiths, is this day dissolved by mutual consent, and all debts due to the Firm are requested to be settled by the first of August to Martin M'Dermott or Ilichard Grigg, and all debts due by the Firm are requested to be sent in by the 20th day of Au-< gust to Martin M'Dermott, High-street, Auckland, for liquidation. A SILVER Mounted Riding WHIP. It was dropped last week on the road from Town towards Epsom — and picked up by a horseman, who at the Freemasons' Hotel mentioned the circumstance. The finder will be remunerated by leaving it at Mr. Williamsons Library. Auckland, July 16, 1849;

ON Saturday last a very small black and tan terrier DOG, answers to the name of " Chico. M Any person having found him, and giving notice at the office of this paper, will be rewarded handsomely. Any person detaining the said Dog after this notice will be prosecuted. July 12, 1849.
