HOLLOWAY'S PILLS AND OINTMENT.

THE 'GREATEST CURES OF ANY MEDICINES IN THE GLOBE.

DISORDER OF THE LIVER AND KIDNEYS.

Extract of a Letter Jrotn Mr. J. K. Hey don, dated 78, King-street, hew South IVales, the 30lh September, 1847. To Professor Ho'loway. Sir — I have the pleasure to inform you that, Stuart A. Donaldson, Esq., an eminent merchant, and also a Magistrate of the Territory, called on me on the 18th instant, and purchased your medicine to the amount of Fourteen Pounds, to he forwarded to his stations in New England, He stited that one of his overseers named Roy, had come to Sydney some time previously for medical aid, his disorder being an affection of the Liver and Kidneys, and that he had placed the man for three months under the care of one of the best Surgeons, without any good resulting from the treatment. The man then in despair used your Pills and Ointment, and much to his own and Mr. Donaldson's astonishment, was completely restored to his health by their means. Now, this surprising cure was effected in about ten days* (Signed) J. K. Heydon.

CURE OF DISEASED LIVER* To Mr. Heydon. Campbell Town, April 11, 1848. Sir — I feel it a duty incumbent on me to let the community at large know, the wonderful cure thatj has been performed on me by the effects of Holloway's Medicine. I have for the last six months been afflicted with the liver complaint, and at last was compelled to take to my bed in a very low state, so bad that v I did not think I would ever rise again. After trying medical aid and finding no relief, \ was advised by Mr. William Bursill to try the medicine afore-named, which I did, and after one or two doses of Holloway's Pills, and rubbing in the Ointment, I found great relief, and by strictly following the rules laid down by Mr. Holloway, and using his Pills and Ointment for six weeks, I find myself in the enjoyment of as' good health as ever I possessed in my life. The truth of this statement is incontestible, as there is not one of my neighbours but could testify the same. — I remain, &c, j Robert Elkins, Blacksmith, Campbelltown.

I was aftervvardes advised to try Holloway's Pills and Ointment, which I did j and after the continued use of them for seven weeks, according to the directions accompanying the medicines, I am now entirely cured ; and, for the benefit of those that may be similarly affected, I have great pleasure in giving it this publicity. " I am, Sir, &c, (Signed) " William Rogers, " Blacksmith." l&^° This case can also be 'authenticated by Mr. C. Lesley, Druggist, Singleton.
