George Beeves, found guilty of failing to keep proper.books of account, was sentenced to one month's imprisonment, withoat bad itlwir. Evan Williams, convicted on two charges of failing to keep books and wilfully omitting.to do so, was sentenced to four months' imprisonment on each count, with hard labour, the sentences to be concurrent.
