NEGOTIATING FOR LOAN, RESPECTING SWISS NEUTRALITY, (Australian and N.Z. Cable Association) PARLS, January 7. Switzerland is negotiating for a loan of one hundred million francs, of which thirty million will be devoted to the conversion of previous loans, LONDON, January 7. -The Observer points out that France has opportunely renewed her pledge ,in respect of Switzerland's neutrality.
