Barsdell, who is in charge of No. x 1 troop, had presented a trophy for tbis event. The judge found out that he had rather a difficult task set bdfore him in selecting the winner, as all of the lads were in first-class form. The result of a keen competition was that the honor of securing the prize belonged to PatrolLeader F, Ward, who 'was awarded IC2 points, out of a possible 170. The win was a decidedly popular one, as was evinced by the roars of applause which greeted the lad. The next on the list was Scout J. Farr, with 159 points, and Patrol-Leader A. Thomas came into third place with 156 points to his credit.
