Tiuvlmio's funeral topic place at noon ab Taupiri to-day. It wa% an imposing spectacle. About 2000 followed. Tremendous \olleys were fired at tho grave, and made Taupiri rovorberat«. The Otaki Band played tho Dead March splendidly. Tho natives afterwards dispersed to their homes. Tho new Board of Education have roforred tho question of charging rent oa teachers' residences to the Board's* legal advisors.
