Ihc Levols Road Board to day decided to suegost to the Property Tax Commissioner that local bodies, county councils, or ro.vd boards, ehould bo consulted in the appointment of property tax assessors, ns thoy would be ablo to say whether tho applicants were qualiBed and suitable or not. lfc was also decided to wend a man round tho district to lay poison for birds and to engage nn experienced English bird notter to eeo what he can do.
