Scott declared that tho list produced was not tho same, and dobcribcd tho differences. He also affirmed that ho never signed any order. Mr Raws™, RM., gave judgment for defendent on tho ground that ho had boon fraudulently induced to sign tho order for the Picturesque Atlas of Australasia, at tho timo believing ho was signing tho patrons' list for a similar work referring to New Zerlatid ; that the canvasser represented that Scott should have tho opportunity of inspecting tho work before subscribing for it.
