Washington, February 27. Nearly every building in the valley below Preccott Reservoir for a distance of 100 miles, was destroyed by the burst. Amongst the townships devastated are Wickeuberg , Seymour, and other villages. The dam was one of the largest in America. The flood resembled a wall of i water 50 feet high.
Vhsxna, February 27. The Noristi says the increase of the Austrian Army and the dispute about the payment of the Bulgarian indemnity, which was lately revired, will proroke Russia also to augment her force*.
