DUNEDIN. January 28.
The Harbor Board shipping chow a decrease from the previous year of 30 foreign vessels, representing 30,852 tons ; 14 intercolonial, represanting 5258 tons ; and 63 coasting, representing 7662 tons. Edwards has signed the articles of agreement for a 48 hours' walking match between himself and Scott. Very favorable reports re crops are received from the country districts.
