The Presbyterian Synod last night carried the Rev. Calder's will, tho jury, aftor five minutes' deliberation, awarded the issues in favor of plaintiff}, doclaring that tostator was of sound mind necessary to undertaking when ho made the will, and that no coercion had boon used,
