Mr Ward Road'o trustoes' solicitor, Mr Oopoland, and a largo numbor of natives and Europeans, have left to-day, per Wanaka. to attend the trial on the 28th ; Head's trustees and W. L, Hoes claiming LI 1,000 damages for defamation of titles.
