PALMERSTON NORTH. April 2.

The verdict of the jury on the fire at Pal melton mills was one of "accidental." The jury attached a strong rider against holding inquests on fires at the instance of Insurance Companies where there is not the shadow of suspicion as to the Talue of the mill (L 3500), while the insurance was only LlBOO. To-day the Coroner was employed since 11 a.m. enquiring into the fire at Stoney Creek.
