Ford and Co., Christchurch, have received instructions from the New Zealand and Australian Land Company, Limited, to offer by public auction, in Oamaru, on the above date —

7500 ACRES Of this celebrated Estate, including the substantially built and beautifully situated Stone Residence, at present occupied by Robert M'Aoly, E»q.

Totara, as i* well known, was one of the earliest selections made in the Province of Otago, and consists of rich black soil on limestone formation, the whole property being beautifully sheltered aad watered. It has all been cultivated, and the greater portion having been iv English grass for many years, and depastured with stock, is now in the best possible heart for growing
