(per press association's special wire.) Hokitika, Jan. 6. The exports from this show an increase of L 5996 in 1878 over the preceding year. The total gold shipments for the past year year amount to 50,765 ounces. Auckland, Jan. 6. The customs revenue collected during last week was L 3415 7s 10d ; the amount collected on Saturday and to-^ay, was LL4OS 12a 7d.
