TIT AUDE AND BEE have been favored with instructions from James Hasseu,, Esq., to sell by public auction — That magnificent property known as THE CAVE VALLEY ESTATE, situated three miles from the town of Oamnru — containing about 4700 Acres of the finest agricultural land in tho Colony, well watered (the whole enclosed in a ring fence), subdivided into 20 paddocks— 1000 acres laid down to English grass. On the property there is an excellent Dwelling-houso (12 rooms), with Out-offices, Stabling, &c, suitable for a large establishment. The grounds about the house are laid out in Garden and Orchard (in full bearing), and Plantations of Forest Trees, extending over 10 acres.
