LATEST INTELLIGENCE.
Admiral Persates will bo arraigned before the Senate as a High Court of Justice. Grand Banquot at Liverpool, on October 1st, in honor of the successful termination of the Atlantic Cable enterprise. Sir Stafford Northcoto presided. Mr Gross was prevented from being present by illness. The Chairman stated that it was the Queen's intention of conferring honors upon several of tho gentlemen connected with the enterprise. The cholera is still in London. The deaths during tho past week were one hundred and seventyfive. The report that a rupture had taken place between the United States and the Argentine Republic was unfounded. Another desperato fight between the Brazilians and tho Paraguayans has taken place. Tho allies claim tho victory.
